You look great! Seriously, even with the weird angle and all... I might have to try this Turbo Jam thingy. And toes are key to survival in the zombie-infested future, brain damage or not. I'm not sure why, but it just feels right.

The photos of self must always be cheesy. Perched on the edge of a bathtub? Perfect. Making a squinchy mouth while looking over to the side? Yes. Full-length, fuzzy-focus, well-lit glamour shot? No.

At least that's my philosophy. Or, rather, "philosophy"

I also agree with the links in new windows business. My one exception is when the link is to an audio file or video file. Of course, embedding that file in the post is the best idea. But, when that's not possible, go ahead and send it to a new window so I can just go on back to the original and continue my reading, rather than waiting around twiddling thumbs.

And, yes, the same could be accomplished with tabs. But I don't mind the new windows in that particular case.

Awesome on the weight loss. I myself have been working really hard and can tell a difference in my strength and my muscle mass, but apparently my beer gut didn't get the message that there was activity going on and seems to grow with every muscle fibre I put on like some sort of shark adjusting to his new cage.

Also, I've never noticed your tattoo before. I knew you kicked ass you rock-babe-in-disguise-as-a-professional-mother you.

And just think of the farting as a little extra ass exercise. Think positive.

Lumpkin: not a lot of hard jumping, exactly. Most of the foot movement is the boxer's jump-rope jog back and forth, I wouldn't think it would be very loud. But maybe, depending on how noisy your floors are.

I am so very interested in Turbo Jam now...but do you have to jump around a lot? My apartment is on the top floor and I think my downstairs neighbor would kill me if I started stomping/running/jumping every morning during my workout.
