Oh, one more thing. I don't know if they have something similar where you live, but we have a company called When Doody Calls in NJ and they come and clean my 1/2 acre backyard comletely of dog poop for only $10/week. They come in while I am at work, and voila! a poop-free yard for my baby when I get home. So worth every penny.

Very cute dress.

My husband and I cleaned out our garage. It was a harrowing experience and I am none the better for it.

However, purging junk always feels good. Now if I can just get my husband convinced that yes, computer games and wires from the early 80s are indeed junk, I will have won.

Fow now, I concede defeat.

Hello from the Big Twin Lake Campground in Winthrop, Wa! I'm not exactly a 'camper' anymore.....we bascially hook up the 24 foot version of our house and drag it over the Cascade Mountain range and park it. Wireless intenet? Check! Water, power and fully equiped bathroom IN the mini-house? CHECK! :-) First it's sand boxes, and then you get a travel trailer.

I just got home from a couple days in the Hamptons (which really isn't as much fun as I thought it would be). Today I went to a BBQ and lusted after the man I can't have and tomorrow I work. Its been one helluva weekend already. Swap maybe? I like babies/toddlers. You deal with my love angst and I'll take your son for a weekend.

Because of you, my husband and I also tore through the mini series and THANK GOD Netflix delivered to us part of season one today. Otherwise we would have to hunt it down too. I *heart* it.

My in-laws are in town so we are having dinner with them, etc. Tomorrow is my husband's birthday but I have already given him his present (an "I HATE YOUR KIDS" t-shirt from Gawker Media). In the midst of all of this I will, of course, also be on dog poop patrol, because the moment we clear the lawn of dog poop, the dog starts to panic-digest his breakfast because "OMG! We can't leave the lawn unadorned like that! I have to get out and POOP".

We're going to do lots of laying about and reading, and maybe some movie-watching if we're feeling really frisky. It's hot as balls down here, and I have a soft cast on, as I tore my plantar fascia running (for the love of God, if you have flat feet, get thee some insoles or orthotics, stat!), which means not only do I look supersexy, but I can't swim or do anything remotely summertime festive, dammit.

Cute dress. Ok, it may be slightly expensive but I LOVE my Garmin 305 for running and cycling. You can download satellite maps of your runs, program routes, program workouts and find oyur way home. So cool.
