Hmmmm, being a baseball tournament mom, preparing for the long drive to another baseball tournament, AND trying to avoid a migraine. Also looking at baby sweater patterns………for a friend who loaned us their roof top cargo box AND a certain preggers blogger! Heck, I will knit baby sweaters for almost any reason! Baby sweaters are so fun!

Did you know that it’s the Female lemurs who do the territorial marking? And do you know how they do it? By rubbing their vaginas on sticks and tall grass. All day.

We’re taking off in about an hour to drive down to the northern Oregon coast and we have no idea what we will do there or where we will sleep tonight. Meandering impromptu weekend vacation–yay!

Ohhhhhh, I want an iPhone something fierce, but I’m not allowed fancy things because I washed my phone a couple of months back Accidentally! I swear!

This weekend my dad and brother are visiting from California (fun!) and we’re eating a lot, drinking some, playing a few games, and laughing to boot (I needed it). Also thrown in is a birthday party.

I’m going to be celebrating my 6th anniversary with my hubs — dinner and theater in L.A. and then spending some fun summer time with my toddler in the sprinklers, I’m sure.

Hope you’re still feeling OK and not too queasy. Also, dude. I want to work where you work. Part-time hours AND an iPhone? Awesome.

Saturday I’m going to go for a run, then try to get ahead on my work for the week, followed by a laid back cookout with friends. Sunday I’m going to try to visit my family because I’m traveling for the next two weekends for work. :( Why do I have to go to Vegas every July? 112 degrees and I do not get along well.

Clean, spend some time with my daughter (who was gone all week and I missed her) and maybe go to the lake cabin on Sunday because it is supposed to be 90 or so.
