I especially like AndreAnna weight loss story, it was plain and simple non-b.s. advice that struck home for me. If Flylady doesn't work for you try to pick up a copy of the slob sister's book which I think is better for the semi-disorganized, more about establishing routines to make your housework easier. Flylady is for the HARDCORE disorganized. I just wanted to tell you how much I have enjoyed your “bodies in motion” site. I especially like AndreAnna weight loss story, it was plain and simple non-b.s. advice that struck home for me.

If Flylady doesn’t work for you try to pick up a copy of the slob sister’s book which I think is better for the semi-disorganized, more about establishing routines to make your housework easier. Flylady is for the HARDCORE disorganized.
