Flipping Out winners

Hot dog, we have a wiener! Actually three winners are going to get a free, signed copy of Flipping Out—and according to the cold heartless comment-picking mechanisms of the Random Integer Generator, those folks are . . . Congratulations, and thanks for all the interest! I know for a fact you all made Marshall’s day. He probably looked like this, only without the diaper.

(Or hell, who am I to say? Maybe he likes diapers. After all, this is the same man who joked to me that “I’m a private person who opted to operate in a public arena, and so I have come to understand that it really matters to some readers whether I wear boxers or briefs. My standard answer to that one — Depends.”)

(Which of course just makes me want to read all his books even more. And maybe start a fan club.)

Based on your recommendation of Flipping Out, I got The Rabbit Factory (the first of the Lomax & Biggs books) out from the library and I’m really enjoying it.

Can I join the fan club, if you start one? I’ll bring brownies! Or orange juice cookies; all of my coworkers beg for those on a regular basis.

I’ve added the book to my wishlist. We’ll see if I can con friends/family into buying it for me just…because I’m “nice” or something. Heaven knows I won’t be able to wait all the way until my birthday in SEPTEMBER after your review.
