This is totally off topic, but I remember you were looking for jeans that would stay on your skinny kid, and I just picked up a pair in the thrift store yesterday that are a “slim” fit size 5 and are very long and quite tight on the waist of my not-terribly-skinny-but-definitely-not-chunky-either four-year-old. So I thought I should tell you. They’re Arizona brand, carried by JC Penney. Might be worth checking out, if you haven’t already.
I agree the resemblance is uncanny. He looks more like the dramatic chipmunk than the dramatic chipmunk looks like a chipmunk. Aren’t chipmunks supposed to have stripes over their heads and down their backs?
I think you’re on to something. The other thing I notice about pics of kids- their eyes are so clear and white! My niece and nephew have such bright eyes and the “white” is so sparkly. Dylan has beautiful eyes, albeit suspicious. I just hope you can cue him with the dramatic music!

That is fucking hysterical!!! I still love when you did the pancake commercial with him (the octopus one!!!) Baahaaa!
The Irish-named boys in our house adore that little furry guy—he is actually a prairie dog. Best vacation ever was driving through South Dakota near Custer State Park (near Mt. Rushmore) and saw them everywhere poking their heads up. On the Lewis & Clark expedition they called them barking squirrels.
Love your son’s eyes.
That’s definitely random.
I know the look you are going for, but the chipmunk photo won’t show up
hhmmmmm. works in firefox but not in IE. Microsoft sux
(Dylan is a much cuter chipmunk than the chipmunk)
LOL! That is too funny! There is an uncanny resemblance!
I see it now (earlier chipmunk wouldn’t show) – that’s hilarious! :0 And so cute. He’s growing up so much.
